Are the bags designed in house?
Most of the bags you see on our website and social media are designed by our designers. Our Designers hold over 12 years of experience in package designing and they know what to create to give you a competitive advantage. Click Here for more details on our Designing Process.
Can anything enter inside the pouch if it is sealed?
Our pouches are 100% Air Proof. Meaning that NO water, air, rodents, insects or dust can enter the pouch.
Where is Pro Packaging based out of ?
We are a Canadian company based out of Mississauga, Ontario. We have served businesses across Canada, United States and the UK.
Do I have to pay expensive shipping prices?
Your bags will be shipped from Ontario, Canada. Not from China or anywhere else overseas. You will not have to pay ridiculous shipping prices.
Why are you guys considered an Eco-Friendly Manufacturer?
Our bags are all recyclable. We also take the steps at our warehouse to reduce as much waste as possible. All of our excess plastic is sent to make other goods and all of printers are Solvent-Free. Click Here for more info.
How do I know what size will work best for my product?
We offer almost any size. If you are not sure what size is best for your product, leave the quantity that you’d like to place in the pouch and our experts will recommend you a size. This can be done through Requesting a Quote.
What are your turnaround times(including production and shipping)?
For most pouches, the production time is 12-18 days. The designing process could take anywhere from a couple of hours to a maximum of 48 hours.
Do you guys price match?
Please provide the current price you are getting. In most situations our price is already beating our competitors, but we are definitely open to price matches.
How much does it cost to get Custom Pouches made?
Your pouches can cost as low as 20 cents each. Please Request a Quote to get a more definitive answer.
Will my phone call go overseas or to a robot?
You will speak with a real person located in Ontario, Canada. We will always have a real person for you to connect with to discuss packaging options; your call will not go overseas.
How long does food last in your pouches?
Some foods can last up to 30 years. It depends on the product but our pouches will maximize the shelf life like no other packaging can.
